What happens if I go over my tier's transaction allowance?

Nothing stops. Every transaction is still reviewed. The dashboard shows a note with your 30-day count and the next tier; if you stay above the allowance, we ask you to move up from the Clover App Market. There are no overage charges in this version.

How does the free trial work?

Every tier starts with Clover's 30-day free trial. Clover bills the subscription on the first of each month after the trial, prorated for the first partial month, on the same statement as your other Clover charges.

How do I change tier?

From the Clover App Market: open the app's listing and choose a different tier. Clover handles the change and the proration. The app picks up the new tier within a few minutes.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall the app from the Clover App Market. Billing stops through Clover; there is nothing to cancel with us. Your alert history is kept for 13 months in case you reinstall or need it, then deleted; you can ask for immediate deletion by email.

Can I get a refund of a subscription charge?

Subscription charges are billed and handled by Clover. Contact Clover support from your Clover dashboard for billing questions.
